Online access to Employee Payroll and HR information is through Employee Self Service (ESS). This area of the web site is only accessible to current Catholic Education Office employees who have a secure log in and password. ESS will open in a new window. To return to the CEO web site, log off and then close the window.

Learning Modules ESS Version 8

When accessing the learning modules you will get a File Download -Security Warning. You may select Run or you may want to Save the modules on your computer for future reference. You may also receive a warning about 'Unknown Publisher'. It's OK to trust it.

How do I log in to ESS?

Go to the Employee Self Service System (ESS) and log in using your last name and full first name and password. (This link will open in a new window. To return to the CEO web site, log off and then close the window.)

I can't remember my password for ESS?

Click on the ‘Forgotten your password? Click here.' The system will reset your password and an email will be sent to you with a new password. If you do not have a correct business email address stored in your personal details, the system will not send you an email.

In this case you will have to ring the Payroll Officer on 6234 5438 for a new password.

How do I apply to attend Professional Learning courses?

CEO Employees can apply to attend Professional Learning online through ESS. Applying for Training (21Kb)
