This committee meets once a term and is committed to ensuring the Catholic Education System is compliant with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999.
The Goals for the committee are:
Goal 1: Proactive Strategies for recruiting and retaining indigenous women into the workforce.
Goal 2: Investigation of strategies for career enhancement to assist people to identify and achieve their career goals.
Goal 3: Explore implication of alternative models of shared leadership.
Goal 4: Contributing to the delivery of professional development of all Archdiocesan non teaching staff, with particular reference to the needs of non teaching staff in rural schools.
